You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with a photo within 7 days and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Change of Mind

Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

How to Request a Refund

Email us with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, used grooming items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
